Description
We have distilled a pure Organic Mirabelle Eau de vie from the Monts d'Ardèche.
The Mirabelles come from our farm, picked when ripe, stripped of leaves and pitted.
Only organic fruit fermented with a little sugar.
Traditional distillation on our Wood Fire Alambic which gives the distillate all its character.
Slow reduction, without addition or filtration..
Organoleptic Notes
Nose The intense mirabelle plum
Mouth Lots of roundness and sweetness, explosion of plum on the palate, light notes of spices.
Final Silky, nice length in the mouth

Ingrédients
Pour 1 cocktail :
- 1,5 cl. Campari
- 1,5 cl. Eau de Vie de Mirabelle
- 4 cl. Martini
Préparation du cocktail
Tout verser dans le shaker rempli de glaçons, servir.
