SOLSTICE SPIRITS- LE CHAMPS DES POSSIBLES
As an independent bottler, our cellar master selects for you great whiskies from our friends, independent French distillers partners.
The selected juices are aged in our barrel warehouse sometimes a finish is applied.
The final whisky is then assembled and submitted to a college of experts with whom we share the same qualitative vision of the finished product for validation before bottling.
Le Champs des possibles is a very beautiful Single Malt Whisky distilled in France from organic malted barley.
It has aged 6 years in ex-Cognac French oak barrels, then we have chosen to apply two original finishes in our Ardèche barrel warehouse in order to create two expressions that do not leave you indifferent:
Expression 1 - Le champs des possibles - Cornas: Finish in ex-CORNAS Ardèche red wine barrel (Red wine grown in Biodynamics-Demeter, a marvel). Smooth, notes of red fruits complement the powerful aromas of fresh cereals.
Expression 2 - Le champ des possibles - Rum: Finished in ex-French oak and acacia barrels that contained our Ambré Saint-Jean rum. A lively and fresh nose, deep green aromatics.
