"Les feux de Saint-Jean" is a french distillery located in the heart of the « Monts d'Ardèche » Natural Park. Created in 2022, the history of the distillery is short but aims to be ambitious in the production of high quality organic whiskeys, rums and fruits brandy. We elaborate our spirits from raw material, organic barley and molasses, to bottling, thus guaranteeing total traceability of our products and eco-responsible short-circuit supply. Our Whiskey and Rums fermentations are carried out in French oak’s barrels that have contained great Bourgogne and Bordeaux wines. The fruits, picked when ripe, come from our farm. We distill in a traditional way with two wood fire potstills. Although complex to control, the wood fire brings a unique character to our natural spirits. The aging of our spirits is expressed in French Oak’s barrels made and toasted especially for us by our partner the « Tonnellerie de Jarnac/Cognac".
