Description
We have distilled a pure organic raspberry brandy from the Monts d'Ardèche.
The raspberries come from the neighboring farm 300 meters from the distillery.
Only organic fruit fermented with a little sugar.
Traditional distillation on our Wood Fire spirit still which gives the distillate all its character.
Slow reduction, without addition or filtration.
