Baratte - Butter Liquor
Description
Pure indulgence. All our French pastries can be found in Baratte. We use Echiré butter, AOP Charente-Poitou, which we cook the way known as beurre noisette and then defatted. No added coloring or flavorings, just good semi-salted butter, alcohol and cane sugar.
Butter liqueur is an innovation and a creation of our distillery.
Baratte is excellent in cocktails, as well as in cooking and desserts.
