Liquoreux 1/2 et 2/2 - Sauternes Liquor + Sauternes reduction
Description
We have broken down the Sauternes using a low temperature vacuum distillation. Liquoreux 1/2 and Liquoreux 2/2 come from the same distillation of Cru d'Arche Pugneau 2014 Sauternes.
On one side, we obtain a Sauternes liquor with a 29.5% Vol. sweetened with cane sugar. On the other side, we cold concentrate the rest of the Sauternes that does not go through distillation, especially the sugars, in order to obtain a unique and complex balsamic.
