Hybrid Absinthe

The hybrid is a unique aniseed made from our Gin LaBouche #1 Cap Ferret, to which we add 4 distillates of Absinthe, Hyssop, Melissa and Fennel. It was born from the desire to embark our Gin #1 Cap Ferret towards a finely aniseed and ultra gourmet variation.
We obtain a very atypical aniseed, light, mineral and flowery, which will cloud the addition of water or Tonic water.
