Elderflower liqueur

Description

Made from hand-picked, wild elderflowers, the cream is prepared the old-fashioned way: macerated for several months in our cellars, then lightly pressed. The infusion is then combined with an elderberry spirit obtained by distillation to make a particularly fragrant flower cream.
