L'Entêté Absinthe
Description
In 2012, the Master Distiller created L'Entêté, a green absinthe naturally colored with chlorophyll. A total of nine ingredients give it its pretty, soft green, almost almond color, its nose of fennel and anise, followed by a palate balanced between the sweetness of fennel and the flowery strength of grand wormwood. Highlighted by a very slight bitterness finishing on anise, L'Entêté is astonishingly complex.
