Ariane Delmas co-founded and manages Les Marmites Volantes, a company with 41 employees, which has been active for 12 years in various markets: school catering, corporate meal delivery: meal trays, catering and a restaurant. All meals are prepared with fresh, seasonal, local and mostly organic produce, and delivered by bicycle in returnable containers by delivery personnel employed by the company. She is also co-president of the Ecotable Community, an association of restaurateurs, retailers, producers and citizens committed to the food transition.
