Graffi Ratamohan co-founded PNY in 2012 with her partner Rudy. Initially working in the kitchen, she soon took on the role of a 360-degree entrepreneur, quickly opening a second location to alleviate the pressure on the first, which was experiencing great success. In the meantime, the PNY burger chain has raised funds, restructured its headquarters, explored franchising, celebrated its tenth anniversary with great fanfare, and earned the Ecotable label. The PNY burger is among the favorites of François-Régis Gaudry and his friends.
