It's indeed a symbiosis at work in the restaurant of the same name by chef Félix Clerc and bartender Lucas Maraton. This symbiosis connects liquids and solids, with the first course dishes complementing the cocktails crafted by Maraton and their partner Simon Chollet. Additionally, it bridges the table and the permaculture garden that supplies its ingredients, reflecting a philosophy rooted in naturalness.
