Winner of the television show "Qui sera le prochain grand pâtissier" on France 2 in 2017, Léandre Vivier held the position of deputy chef under Michael Bartoccetti at George V until last year. Reviewing his resume, he has served as sous-chef at the Peninsula Paris, and has also worked at the Ritz Paris, Le Meurice, following an apprenticeship at Dalloyau, and positions at Le Laurent in Paris and Apicius in Le Mans, his hometown, where he was named Best Apprentice in France in 2013. Léandre Vivier joined the Burgundy on April 11, 2023, as pastry chef, where he has developed his identity through an afternoon tea inspired by his travel memories.
