“Evi Evane” means ‘To your health’ in ancient Greek. It's also the name sisters Maria and Dina Nikolaou have given to their Parisian restaurant and caterers. A name like a party to bring Greek cuisine to Paris. Evi Evane is a story of taste and transmission, with fresh, local produce or products imported directly from their Greek producers. For the Nikolaou family, cooking is more than just a family affair. Katerina and Stella, Maria's daughters, joined the adventure in 2020 to help develop the brand. Together, they will write the history of Greek cuisine in Paris, guaranteeing its quality and family tradition.
