Description

Paul-Augustin Delattre created Bulles de Ruches in 2020, with the aim of going back to the roots of mead and offering a natural fermentation of honeys emphasizing the floral side of this beverage whose origins date back to antiquity. Light, low in alcohol and sparkling, its mead breaks the mould, as do its alcohol-free honey water and Old Tom gin with chestnut honey.
