With a BTS in Viticulture and Oenology, a Licence in Vine Science from Dijon University and a Diploma in Oenology from Bordeaux University, Baptiste Delamare has been active in the world of wine for over a decade. He has worked at Château l'Angelus in Saint-Émilion and Castello Di Nipozzano in Tuscany. A winemaker with his Quercus Alta estate, he is also an oenology trainer.
