Neapolitan, in love with beauty and goodness, Alba lives and works between Paris and Italy. 25 years' experience in consulting and communications for the restaurant, wine and hospitality industries.
In 2004, she set up the first Italian cooking school in Paris - Parole in Cucina, a convivial space dedicated to promoting gastronomic culture made in Italy.
A journalist and author, she has written over 10 books on Italian travel and cuisine. Her new book - Pizza Mania, published by Editions de La Martinière, came out in June 2024.
