Originally from Var, Tarek Ahamada grew up in the south of France with sunny childhood memories. At 16, he was torn between two artistic paths: gem cutting or pastry. He ultimately chose pastry, finding it to be a perfect blend of creativity and precision. Trained by prominent figures like Jean-François Piège, Jimmy Mornet, and Michaël Bartocetti, he excels in the art of palace desserts. After 11 years in Paris, Tarek realized his dream by becoming the Pastry Chef at the Hôtel du Cap-Eden-Roc, returning to the roots of his childhood.
