Having fallen into the cooking pot at his uncle's inn, the brilliant Alban Chanteloup dreamed of designing objects before choosing the gastronomic path. Along the way, he came across Michel Bras and then Laurent Petit, master of plants and lake fish. Wanting to see more of the country, Alban went to Australia and then Switzerland, before returning to settle on the shores of the lake, where he opened one of the most exciting neo-bistrots d'auteur of the moment. His cuisine is masterful, clean and dynamic; nothing is left to chance, from the organic decor to the careful sourcing of chocolate desserts and local mountain white wines.
