Winner of the Chapoutier competition for the best sommelier student in France, Baptiste Gillet-Delrieu has spent his entire career at Le Bristol. Starting as a commis sommelier at the fine dining restaurant Épicure and then serving as head sommelier at the brasserie 114 Faubourg, he took over as the Director of the entire wine cellar of the prestigious Parisian palace in 2023, overseeing its impressive collection of 100,000 bottles.
