Description
In the beginning, there was the family-run hotel-restaurant founded by his grandmother in the heart of Aubrac, to which Cyril Attrazic dedicates his culinary passion. After honing his skills under Gérard Vié and Alain Ducasse, he took over the establishment, then called Chez Camillou, in 2012, transforming it into his own. Perched on this vast green plateau, he continues a nourishing rural tradition with one guiding principle: to share the taste of his homeland. He crafts sincere, precise, and exquisite haute cuisine, featuring dishes like smoked hen and pike eggs, dehydrated Aubrac beef cheek, and a gentian-based ice cream dessert from Lozère. As you can tell, he is more Aubrac than Vasarely.
