Since his Omnivore Creator of the Year award in 2015, Alexandre Mazzia has tutored the stars with a thoughtful, iconoclastic style. He's helped put Marseille on the haute-gastronomie map with his poetic pairings, complex as oxymorons, stunning as chiasms. His cuisine is like writing. He is a miniaturist of cuisine, seeking out the superconcentration of flavors in nano-bites that are like deflagrations. A worldwide reputation that earned him the opportunity to cook for athletes during the Paris Olympics, as a former basketball player. After last year's masterclass, we're delighted to see him back on stage this year.
