Ten Belles has always been dedicated to working responsibly and fairly with the farmers and producers who supply us. We strongly believe in regenerative agriculture, which is a crucial tool for revitalizing ecosystems, restoring soil health, and enhancing the economic resilience of farming communities. In 2012, we opened our first coffee shop at 10 rue de la Grange aux Belles in Paris’s 10th arrondissement. Four years later, in 2016, we expanded by launching our bakery business at 17 rue Bréguet in the 11th arrondissement. By 2019, we had opened a third store at 53 rue du Cherche Midi in the 6th arrondissement, marking a significant milestone with our commitment to specialty coffee through the development of our roasting business. In 2024, we further expanded with the creation of a combined bakery and roasting facility in the 20th arrondissement.
