PASTIS DE L'ILE DE RE is an organic producer's pastis.
It is a vintage organic pastis de DEGUSTATION made by maceration and infusion of aromatic plants from our own agricultural production.
PASTIS DE L'ILE DE RE gets its unique, distinctive signature from FENNEL seeds.
Its uniqueness lies in its MILLESIME, renewed every year with each harvest, on the same principle as wine. Every year, a new aromatic discovery awaits our customers.
We work in a workshop equipped with MACERATION vats, specially adapted to our know-how and unique recipe.
We market PASTIS DE L'ILE DE RE mainly through the SPECIALIZED NETWORK of delicatessens, wine shops, organic stores and CHR in France and abroad.
We produce an average of 10,000 bottles a year, making this a confidential pastis not found everywhere: a nugget that our customers seek out and appreciate.
We have 2 sites: our manufacturing workshop on the Ile de Ré (Rivedoux Plage) where we carry out all our macerations, blending and packaging, and our farm in Sainte Soulle near La Rochelle, 25 km from Rivedoux. All the aromatic plants used in our product are grown in Sainte Soulle.
