Ratafia de Meunier

Description

Meunier ratafia is crafted using our wine brandy, which is entirely produced on our estate. The fresh fermented must is then blended with our brandy, directly derived from the rebêches of the Meunier grape variety. The blending ratio is approximately 70% fresh must to 30% brandy. Its alcohol content is 18% by volume.
