Gin de Binche

Description

A 100% local Belgian gin. It took several formulas developed by our master distiller and tested by a select committee before we came up with Gin de Binche. In its skilful and passionate composition, you'll find typical gin elements such as juniper, lemon and clove. But other ingredients, such as caraway, hyssop (a garrigue plant with purple flowers) and, of course, blood orange, add original notes that contribute to the unique taste. Since then, our Belgian gin has already won over 10 medals, including top honors at spirits competitions in New York, San Francisco and Brussels. About the taste : Gin de Binche has a lovely floral attack, followed by a herbaceous touch supported by juniper berries. The finish is delicate and marked by the finesse of blood orange. The result is a smooth, flavorful and highly aromatic gin!
