Crowned Meilleur ouvrier de France in 2018, Jean-Baptiste Klein is one of the most brilliant sommeliers of his generation. Having worked at Le Chabichou in Courchevel, the Marcon brothers' table in Haute-Loire and Le Clos des Sens in Annecy, among other places, since 2016 he has been head sommelier at Olivier Nasti's incomparable Chambard in Kaysersberg, in his native Alsace.
