Description

November 2011, Le Camion Qui Fume serves its first burger in its Paris foodtruck. Recipes are created by American chef Kristin Frederick, who trained at Ferrandi and Apicius and has two Michelin stars. Success has been dazzling, and in 2015 Le Camion qui Fume was voted one of the 20 best burgers worldwide by The Telegraph. The products are top-quality: an artisanal bun, fresh prime beef, aged cheddar, Fourme d'Ambert cheese, homemade fries prepared in two batches and the famous sauces.
