Pierre Sang Boyer, a French chef of Korean origin, was adopted by a family from Auvergne. He discovered his passion for gastronomy during his adolescence by immersing himself in the local flavors.
After training with renowned chefs in France and Great Britain, he gained public recognition as a finalist on the TV show Top Chef in 2011.
In 2012, he opened his first restaurant in Paris, followed by several others, where he offers fusion cuisine blending his Korean and French influences. Committed to using local products and respecting nature, Pierre Sang continues to innovate by making his cuisine accessible through concepts like 'Pierre Sang Express' for takeout.
