Description
Hélène, originally from Angers and passionate about drawing, switched from a literary path to pastry in 2006. After obtaining a BEP and a CAP in pastry, she refined her skills under masters like Michel Galloyer and Aurélien Trottier. Her journey took her from Courchevel to the French Riviera and then to Australia, where she further enriched her experience. Upon returning to France, she worked with renowned chefs in Paris and became a Sous-Chef at Plaza Athénée. In 2022, she joined the Prince de Galles, where she fully showcases her talent.
