This ultra-sensitive, skin-deep artist of the kitchen seems to be crossed by the muses of the table. In his Auberge à la bonne idée, a dreamlike building in Saint-Jean-aux-Bois, he interprets a cuisine that is as much in the grand French tradition as it is in literary reverie, with a style as intense as it is melancholy, like no other.
