Entering the world of cocktails and mixology in 2016, Thomas Fernandez apprenticed at renowned establishments such as Carry Nation in Marseille and Le Parfum in Montpellier. In 2018, he won the famous international competition “The Bartender Society”. Now representing Koppert Cress, Thomas will be on the Chefs' Hub to revisit a cocktail to showcase the many ways their products can be used at the bar and in the kitchen.
