Romain Amblard is the co-founder and CEO of Service Compris. With 12 years of experience in the restaurant industry, he previously served as the director of France's first startup acceleration program (NUMA). A specialist in innovation and entrepreneurship, he is also a partner at L'Auberge des Isles in Maine-et-Loire. He co-founded Service Compris in 2018, the first accelerator dedicated to food entrepreneurs.
