Clémence, Anatole and Bruno met while studying in Lyon. They pooled their thirsts, in every sense of the word. A thirst for enterprise, innovation and thirst quenching, combined in a dapper invention, La Péro, halfway between beer and wine. A sparkling beverage that opens up new opportunities for a wine sector in the midst of reconstruction, while offering a new, lighter way to enjoy an aperitif.
