Description

Always passionate about the world of gastronomy and the sweet arts, Camille knew one thing for sure when she began her business and management studies: she wanted to build her career in this sector. After earning her CAP in Pastry, she joined the International Club des Toques Blanches in 2020, where she now serves as the General Secretary. Today, she works at the Valrhona Foundation, managing the Graines de Pâtissier program, a pre-apprenticeship initiative that allows young people aged 16 to 25 to explore the pastry profession and prepare thoroughly before committing to a CAP apprenticeship.
