Description

Kévin Rabateau began his career as a pastry chef in a Michelin-starred restaurant alongside Wilfrid Chaplain at Hôtel Radio in Chamalières. In 2016, he joined Joël Robuchon's brigade at Hôtel Métropole Monte-Carlo, where he spent five formative years working alongside Patrick Mesiano and Christophe Cussac. In 2021, he joined Le Jules Verne with Frédéric Anton, and quickly progressed to take over as head pastry chef in April 2023. He has also won several prestigious competitions, including the Young Pastry Chef competition at the Festival des Étoiles de Mougins.
