Passionate about artisanal bakery and pastry, the Lafond brothers decided in 2012 to leave their respective jobs to pursue a CAP in Bakery-Pastry and establish Ernest & Valentin. With their hands in the dough and using natural leaven, they aim to bring traditional loaves back to the center of the table, honoring their grandfathers Ernest and Valentin. Two years later, their bakery was named the best bakery in Île-de-France on M6. The secret? The choice of high-quality ingredients and the strictness of their production processes, essential for creating top-notch products. Today, they have 13 bakeries in Paris, Pantin, and Villebon, with possibly more to come…?
