Description
One, Jean-François, is the son of Michelin-starred chef Christian Têtedoie, and took his first steps in the kitchen in the family business, before completing his training at the Institut Bocuse, the Mandarin Oriental in Barcelona and then managing the restaurant-school of the Institut Bocuse in Shanghai. A globe-cooker who returned to the banks of the Rhône to open his own gastronomic bistro, Café Terroir, with his friend Lemmy Brou. The other, Florent, after a 7-year career in some of the finest Michelin-starred restaurants (Alain Chapel, Guy Savoy, Alain Passard, Daniel Boulud), opened his first restaurant in Lyon, in November 2017, in the famous Rue Royale. In February 2020, he moved to Place des Célestins in Lyon, an emblematic address in the city of Lyon: Monsieur P, a haute-cuisine brand focused on the product. A duo as strong as the Juninho-Benzema duo at OL in 2007.
