Description

It was while following in the footsteps of his great-grandfather, Abel Labat, a shepherd and distiller, that Simon Vigneau fell in love with armagnac. Following in the footsteps of the great Gascon tradition, in 2023 he founded ALABAT with the ambition of restoring the reputation of this sometimes neglected spirit, and proving that it has its place among modern spirits. His single casks, with labels signed by contemporary artists, are the perfect embodiment of this bold, innovative vision.
