Jean-François Piège has explored every facet of the gastronomic moon, from the gilded palace (Le Crillon), to the confidential stoves of the Elysées, to the old bistro in Les Halles (La poule au pot, L'épi d'or). His career has been paved with stars, and he has worked with such great masters of the kitchen as Bruno Cirino, Christian Constant and Alain Ducasse. Since then, he's risen to their level: in his Grand Restaurant, in his Clover, he's the heir - willingly deadpan - to the great repertoire of French Cuisine - with capital letters, please. Armed with encyclopedic culinary erudition and total savoir-faire, he once again brings a lesson in gastronomy to the stage. A Trap we can't wait to fall into.
